I love hearing accomplished artists speak, there seems to be a certain freeness of expression that comes with knowing you’re the shit.

Joke aside I think once you put out enough work that you’re proud of you don’t have to prove anything to anyone anymore including yourself. So you’re able to speak about art and its magic conduit from a place of contentment and humble self-assurance.

Documentary itself is pretty all over the place, not that a documentary has to be all in one place.

Catnip at any rate, like watching a YouTube montage of well… great directors.

Agnes steals the show: “I really like getting older. I’m not totally excited about dying. But it’s okay, it’s coming.”
